Women Cry More Than Men
Today I learned that women have 60% more of a hormone named Prolactin which causes one to produce more tears.
This is news to me. However, I don’t disregard my belief that women are socialized to be more emotional.
Also, tend-and-befriend is a questionable concept to me when looking at “biochemical mechanisms”.
